Discharge and Quality Control
Homogeneously cooked bricks in the tunnel ovens after the production is completed are evacuated by the evacuation teams after the cooling of the bricks and the quality control teams pass the control. Bricks 80 x 120 cm. or 60 x 90 cm. is carefully stacked on wooden pallets in standard dimensions. Pallet height max. 85 cm in isolation bricks, and 10.5 cm in isolated bricks. Insect briquettes should be placed in cardboard boxes on wooden pallets.
The charges are 40 x 70 cm. 80 x 120 x 110 cm with a polypropylene bag inside. The lattice of the size must be placed in the pallet.
stocking :
The products whose packaging work is completely finished are brought in forklifts to the packed (pre-weighed) product warehouses.
Plain bricks: max. 4 pallets on top,
Isolated bricks : max. 3 pallets on top
Funding : max. 2 pallets can be stacked on top.
Isolated bricks and especially mortars shall be kept in closed stock holdings.

Packaging and Labeling
PACKAGED LABELS containing information on the material inside the pallet should be affixed on each pallet weighed.
Will be shipped by railroad : 3 circles (transverse and longitudinal)
Normal strapped packages :It must be wrapped with 2 layers stretch film.
Mortar packages :It must be wrapped with 2 layers stretch film.
One corner should be placed under the circles. Packaged and labeled labels must be taken on the stock area.
